Retail Excellence: FMCG / Retail
This was a retail excellence program rolled out across 16 countries. As part of this program a series of 9 different modules in multiple languages were created.
The modules were targeted at the front line sales force in various countries, and it enabled them to implement the right process to set up Perfect Retail stores in the market. The objective of the program was to operationalize merchandizing strategies set up by the organization.
This was developed and deployed for one of worlds largest food and confectionary manufacturing organization.
