Business Need:

  • Convert and enhance existing classroom and on-the-job mentoring for an enterprise leadership development programme and turn it into a self-paced, digital format.
  • Build a bespoke design language that reflects the company’s branding and culture and communicates the developmental metaphors of the programme.
  • Segregate and deliver customized training for three distinct tiers of employee groups based on role and experience, with corresponding changes in content, design and complexity.

SOLUTION OVERVIEW

Design:

  • Combination of clearly delineated learning events promoting Recall, Inform, Explain and allowing Apply for each module.
  • Use of different media and content types for each learning event
  • The app content has been designed and developed by focusing on the following parameters:
    • Learning path so far through interactivity for Recall.
    • Attention gaining video narrative using doodles for Inform.
    • Creatively laid out interactive screens for Explain.
    • Case study based questions with application-based responses for Apply.
  • Combination of engaging photographs and conceptual 3D characters to visualise content and engage learners.
  • Use of synchronised audio for lead in content and animations to provide audio-based learning.

Content:

  • Behavioural and cultural training for the client company’s enterprise leadership development programme.
  • Structured set of modules spanning various cognitive and application based behaviours.
